FAQ

Q: What can I do to help my dog prepare for their grooming experience?

A: First and foremost, get your dog used to being touched. For instance, while your dog may not enjoy having it’s feet touched, it is important to do so. The more you get your dog accustomed to having it’s feet touched, the easier it will be for your groomer to trim feet, nails, legs or whatever you want done on your dog. Brush your dog often, this interaction between you and your dog will also help them get used to being touched and make them more comfortable with the touch of a groomer. It will also create a stronger bond between you and your dog. The more comfortable your dog is with constant touching, the more comfortable your dog will be with having a groomer take care of any and all of your dog’s needs.
